Missouri cannabis employee training requirements

Missouri requires every employee, contractor and volunteer at a licensed cannabis facility to be trained no later than one week after they start work, and again within a week of any new or changed SOP that affects them. Training must cover security and diversion prevention, track and trace, emergencies, safety and sanitation, DCR rules and your own procedures, with extra customer-facing topics for dispensary staff. The rule sets no minimum hours and has no course approval process. Keep training records for at least five years and have them ready for inspectors.
